A dearly loved but small and cramped beach house in La Jolla Shores was in need of expansion and updating for the next generation.  A new and revitalized usefulness of the property is needed, as is a way that separate members of the family can visit and enjoy their time at the beach and with each other.  In this project to be completed in the future, the enlarged home has individual suites that are joined at a large Family Room and Kitchen area.  This family will carry its beach traditions to the next generation and secure the value and use of this wonderful property.
